Dear Nico,

I have got the fault report related to your company, and it seems almost problem are related to the color difference from batch to batch, roll to roll even piece to piece on one roll. You also got some emails from us and a lot of images shared via wechat; pls refer attached images- you can see the color difference happens on the same blind and it is unacceptable.

We got a lot of difficulty as this issue can just be found out under the light. And it is not the 1st time we complained about this problem.

So pls share with me your inspection process and how do you control the color? Do you make the test for color fastness? If yes, pls give me the newest version for at least one fabric that we are buying.

By this email, I need you to be aware that it is a very serious issue and please take action right away.
