For order PO74993,we will ship the goods to you in three lots. so I update the CI as attachment, and the details are as below:
1. By air shipment on Oct.17.2018, you have received this parts. Amount:$1584.60
2.By sea shipment , the goods have been delivered to the forwarder warehouse. The ETD will be on Nov.11.2018. Amount: $12251.48=$18156.68-$5905.2(deposit)
3.By second air shipment, we are still waiting for your forwarder further instruction. Amount: $588.38
The total amount should be $14424.46, please kindly help to arrange payment on your next payment day.
Also, please push your forwarder to arrange the second air delivery.

I am also surprised you consider all the time we have invested in manufacturing blinds to trash them and then inform our customers that we cannot send them their blinds is normal situation, our customers are quite upset for the situation as we already informed them a delivery date for their blinds, also production, as they’ve been quite troubled to try to manufacture them with no positive result at the end.
We have the catalogues with your fabrics already delivered to our customers so they can order normal blinds with your fabrics now, it is not a problem we have to pay that invoices of course, it is a problem that this 4 boxes of fabric have a cost that we have to assume entirely now and this is not usable for us, what is the reason we have to assume the air shipments we made because the order was delayed and also all fabric that came defective?
I believe your aim is to give us good service and no one is telling you we won’t pay, but we need to check first how is the fabric with production before paying the air shipment and I would like you to understand and avoid any miscommunication please, we are not saying we won’t pay of course, only that we have to discuss the situation.
In regards payment for CI enclosed, please, I need you to start issuing documents as we asked several times, with our codes and description that you can find in our PO.
PO 74993 is not been arranged yet right? Have you contacted our forwarder? Please let us know the deposit amount already done and which is the amount we have to transfer now, the next payment date is 05th of November, is that ok for you? If not, let me know as this order is not possible to been delayed even more now as we are really in need of all this fabrics.
Furthermore, I will issue a new order this week because as I informed you, the catalogues are in our customer’s house and we are starting to receive orders with your fabrics, please take this in consideration to improve lead time.

I am a little surprised about the situation now.
As you know, last time you want us to send some fabrics in urgent by air and need our support to pay for the air flight.
We agree to do it since we feel it is our responsibility to support you as we can. And I explained to you as well the reason of delay is because we need more time to improve the coating of base fabrics to avoid frey and increase the stiffness.
This is a new woven collection for both you and us as well. We invest a lot of time and money to develop it for you. I hope you can understand that it will take sometime reach perfect quality. It is not quite reasonable to get perfect quality at the first beginning.
So after the air shipment, we will appreciate if you can pay the balance of this shipment.
We believe that this shipment is better, and you can check when you get it. We will wait for your further comments about the quality issue.

Dear Nico,
We have a big issue here we need you to improve now on.
Look pictures enclosed with a blind manufactured with your fabric HD26-001.
The problem with the fraying and stiffness still persists, in this case we have 2 big orders of two customers and we have wasted all the fabric we had in stock because the fraying issue, see pictures, we cannot send the blinds to our customer with this problem, please, to solve that send us air shipment 4 boxes, 200 m2 but you have to assure that quality it is been improved in that features remarked before.
We need to be 100% sure that fabric is good enough to manufacture those blinds again.
Remember order 74993 is from july and it is still in your factory been delayed for more than 2 months, we cannot wait for so long for your production, we need to improve this also, we have assumed the cost for air shipment several times and now we cannot accept to bare that also, please let us know corrective actions for the future and to solve the immediate problem we have now, we need good fabric ref HD26-001 this week by air at your cost:

Under the order of N0.74993 products have been completed, but HD series.
The HD series is due to the quality upgrade and improve of the fabric, so it takes another month to produce, and the delivery will be delayed until Oct.12.2018. We are so sorry about this.
At present, YLW series & HL series have been ready for shipment, do you need to arrange the shipment of these two series goods first?

By the way, because we used the old code for the first order. And later, we applied new base fabrics or design for the real production. From this order, can you upgrade the code in your system? Then there can be no risk of wrong code in the production. Please let us know about it.
